CITRUS SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh)

3/4 cup orange juice (fresh or juice)

1 1/4 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons mustard (Dijon is one of choice)

 

METHOD:

Whisk together or shake container till you obtain a creamy texture.

Salt and pepper to taste.
